What we collect
When you send the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, optional company or school, the topic you chose, your message, the language of the page, and which page you came from. To protect the form from abuse, your IP address is used to limit how many messages can be sent in a short period.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
The website is hosted on Vercel. Inquiries are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon, and a notification is sent to our team through Resend. These providers process the data on our behalf. Website content is managed in Sanity, which holds no visitor data.
Cookies and analytics
We set no advertising or tracking cookies. A cookie remembers your language choice. If analytics is enabled, it is a cookieless service that counts page visits and button clicks in aggregate, without identifying you.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your request and any resulting work, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
